I photographed the latest SKYFALL event titled Angels & Demons. They had pyromancer T.J. performing as the main event and also aerialist Brandon Scott made a stellar return. All the photos are uploaded to my SmugMug website here.

I was ready with a lighting setup specifically for Brandon’s aerial performance. The last time, I shot with the lighting that was available. The problem with that is there isn’t always a favorable to illuminate the stunts. So I placed a speedlight above the performance and was able to create some dang good photographs.

Part of my responsibility is to photograph a step-and-repeat. Those are typically a large vinyl sign as the background and I bring my own lighting for a photo booth of sorts. Since I am the only photographer, I have to limit my time with the step-and-repeat. I circle back to see if more people would like a photograph or two. However, I am also photographing the club, dancing, crowds, and even video!
