Get ready for a blast from the past. This post on Zumba Fuego is from a few years ago. It was the launch for a fitness crazy that fused Brazilian music and dancing with a fitness class. I was there to photograph the first training session that was open to the public and a lot of people showed up. They had a variety of experienced instructors on hand to lead the class.

So I was there to photograph the instructors, participants, and to paint an experience for people curious about the world of Zumba.

One can’t help but dance along with the music, even when photographing. It’s a pretty fun class experience. And there were people with all levels of experience.
Brazilian influences
Someday it would be fun to do a high end photo shoot with several of the instructors. Get them in studio or bring the lighting to the class and make things look really cool. We were using the available light for this shoot.
