It’s the 2018 Festival of Trees photographs! And only a few days ago I posted the 2017 photos from the previous Festival of Trees. I guess I just get swept up in the Christmas season. I love the colors, decor, food (too much), and the time off from work to spend with family.
So enjoy the Christmas photographs. Did you know that Christmas Day is considered the FIRST day of Christmas? The traditional 12 days of Christmas end on January 6 with 3 Kings Day, aka the Epiphany, or Dia de los Reyes in Spanish speaking countries. January 6th is bigger than Christmas day in Puerto Rico.
This Christmas season was spent with family from Arizona and North Carolina. Several traveled here for my brother’s wedding on December 24th. We were able to welcome Amy into the family. Woo hoo! Christmas is a great time for Christmas.
And if you are a designer, you would appreciate this Christmas tree and the supporting decorations. Everything is a Pantone swatch! Nerd designers unite!
Last night we were able to enjoy the lights at Temple Square. This year I have been shooting a video for the family. We’ll see how that turns out.
And it finally snowed for Christmas! Snow looks beautiful when it is fresh. But the countdown to spring is ready to start at the New Year. I should work on some New Year’s Resolutions. I completed a number of resolutions in 2018. There is always something to improve personally and professionally.
