These photos are from 2 years ago, and I am finally blogging them! In fact, the photos are now out of date because the family now has another niece and nephew. However, families should get family portraits regularly. Now Matthew is serving a two year mission in Louisiana, so it will be a little while before we can have the next full family portrait session.
This photo shoot was during a family reunion in Park City. There is a white barn that is open to the public and is a popular location for photographers and for family portrait sessions. Since it was autumn, we had some autumn foliage going on in the background. Hooray for colorful backgrounds.
After the main group photograph, we then took photographs of each family unit, including the single people. Given time, I would recommend photographing each family unit and each individual person.
Joel and Carissa have been photographed with their kids upside down for years. I’m sure there is a time that Ben will be too large to hang upside down. In the meantime, a fun time will be had by all.
We had to photograph Luke, he tried sampling some of the dirt. Messy mouth, messy face.
