Is there anywhere with better weather than southern California. I swear it is 77 degrees year round. No wonder Disneyland was built in Anaheim. The one downside is the beach is freezing! If you want warm water you go to the Atlantic or to Puerto Rico.
Living in Utah I just can run to the beach to photograph people so I do the next best thing, I turn to Photoshop. I found some stock photos meant for practice and I went to work with some photos I created of David a few years ago.

I also experimented with a brighter looking photograph than I normally use. I usually don’t overexpose my photos for the current trendy look but I like it. I might have to try this again on some other photos. I also want the subject to guide me in my editing.

And working with models like David certainly is encouragement to put down the junk food and hit the gym. Today, I did hit the gym, but I didn’t put down the junk food. I guess it is still baby steps.
