I’ve been doing some bonus work for Aronik Swimwear. They hired me to create some product photos for their men’s swimwear. We have photographed in studio and at a pool. So in some spare time I thought it would be a good practice to add the swimwear models to different backgrounds. This backgrounds I photographed on some of my travels.

Last year I went on a Caribbean cruise which included Gran Turk island which has some beautiful beaches. This worked great for the compositing projects and gives the photographs an bit of flare compared to a backyard pool 😉

The next photograph is a pier in California. I was on vacation with my family and took a few photographs but I should spend more time collecting backgrounds and looking for different angles and points of view.

Finally, the last two photographs were in Saint Thomas in the Caribbean. The cruise ship wasn’t sure it could make it to St. Thomas due to mechanical issues. Fortunately, we were able to make it and it was one of my favorite islands to visit on the trip.

I’m hoping I can work with the folks at Aronik again sometime. It was a lot of fun and a great chance to work on my commercial fashion photography.
