I have been the food photographer for LUX Catering & Events for a number of years now and it has been fun to watch their business grow from a catering company to a full service Catering & Events. This blog post focuses on the food. We have some awesome appetizers, entres, and hors d’oeuvres.

The event was held at Publik Coffee in Salt Lake City. They have been pretty popular. In fact I have a wedding I’ll be blogging soon that took place at Publik.
In addition to the food photography, I am trying to photograph the employees from LUX in action. The marketing team wants to show these photos and they really help in marketing. Maybe I should have a photographer, or paparazzo follow me around.
