Middle of January and we decide to do a practice photo shoot with Brady and Steph. They are BFFs who wanted some photos together and some individual photos. We photographed inside and outside of the Salt Lake Library. We must be from Utah if we are wearing short sleeve shirts outside in January.

The Salt Lake Library is always a fun place for some photography. There are several levels and the outside is great for photos. It is a public space so we should have issue with security kicking us out. Although I heard a rumor that for a while the Library insisted that if you wanted to use the Library you would have to use their own photographer. I don’t think that lasted very long if that was the case. So you may notice a number of photographers using the area.

I’m writing this blog post in 2014 and I photographed these two in 2010. It is amazing how much my photography has improved over the years in fact in just 4 years it is lightyears improved. I think that is the advantage of blogs… you can look at the evolution of talent and style.
