Luke Models Aronik Swimwear’s 2013 Line of Men’s Swimsuits

Aronik Swimwear launched their men’s swimwear just over a year ago. They are based in Utah and they hired me to be one of the photographers to help make their swimwear famous. And they brought in Luke to be the male model. They definitely want the models to be muscled males. When designing a brand it is important to determine your market and your branding message.

The folks at Aronik found a pool that would serve as our location. It overlooks the Utah Valley. Many of the names of the swimsuits are inspired by locations and themes from Utah.

I had to pick up a few pair for myself. Now I need to get into some swimming shape so I can look good for summer, woo hoo!

For each product we would photograph front, back, and at an angle. We also had to get portrait and landscape versions of each. We would also create some various lifestyle photographs of lounging by the pool, on the diving board, and just hanging out and looking good.
